Shipping policy

At The Oh Wow Shop, our goal is to make sure you receive your detergent and cleaning products as quickly and conveniently as possible. We offer multiple fulfillment options, including standard shipping, local delivery, and store pickup.

Order Processing Time

All orders require 2–4 hours for processing before they are shipped, delivered, or ready for pickup.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and the time your order is placed.

Shipping (Outside Our Local Delivery Area)

Orders shipped through our carrier partners typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

Faster shipping options may be available for an additional fee depending on carrier availability and destination.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is handled by the carrier. The Oh Wow Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or issues that occur after the package leaves our location.

We always recommend selecting faster shipping options when available if you need your order sooner.

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery in:

  • Jamaica, Queens, NY

  • Corona, Queens, NY

Local delivery allows you to receive your order faster, with options that may include same-day or next-day delivery depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Delivery availability

  • Time the order is placed

  • Current delivery schedule

We may even deliver directly to your laundromat for your convenience.

Local Delivery Fees

  • Free local delivery on orders of $50 or more

  • Orders under $50 include a $4.99 delivery fee

  • Same-day delivery: $9.99 fee

  • Next-day delivery: $4.99 fee

Delivery availability and timing will be confirmed after your order is placed.

Store pickup allows you to receive your order without waiting for shipping or delivery. Orders will be available for pickup after processing confirmation.
