Because laundry items are heavy and liquid products are highly susceptible to damage during transit, we ship strictly via premium carriers like UPS Ground. This ensures your packages feature reliable tracking and full insurance coverage from our facility to your doorstep.

Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on total order weight to keep your delivery costs fair and transparent:

    Perfect for single light items, laundry sheets, or smaller additives.
  • 🧺 Standard Medium Shipping (4.1 – 10.0 lbs): $12.99
    Covers a typical single large jug of liquid detergent or mid-sized powder box.
  • 🚚 Heavy Ground Shipping (10.1 – 22.0 lbs): $18.99
    Designed for two large jugs or bulk sizes.
  • 🏬 Bulk Ground Shipping (22.1 – 45.0 lbs): $29.99
    Covers multi-product family bundles.
  • 🏭 Ultra-Heavy Bulk Shipping (45.1 – 70.0 lbs): $59.99
    For larger bulk stock orders.
  • 🚨 Commercial Freight Shipping (70.1 lbs and up): $150.00

We offer direct local delivery from our main facility based on your location. Local deliveries typically arrive within 24–72 hours depending on our route schedule and the time your order is finalized.

For local delivery and store pick up orders within Queens, cash payments can be accepted. Please carefully review our safety guidelines regarding cash payments:

  • No Change Provided: Our delivery drivers carry zero cash for making change.
  • Exact Change Only: If you do not have the exact payment amount ready at the time of arrival, any overpayment difference will be issued to your account as store credit.
  • Seamless Alternative: To completely avoid cash or change issues, we highly encourage customers to pay securely online via credit card during checkout.
