Refund policy

At The Oh Wow Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you have a 1-hour window after placing it to request a cancellation. After this 1-hour window, the order will be processed, and you will need to wait for delivery before requesting a return.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the moment your item is delivered to request a return. Please note this is a flat 14-day window, including weekends and holidays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be defective or damaged prior to delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order information.

Return Shipping & Costs

We cover return shipping costs for items that were damaged or defective due to an error on our part before delivery. If the return is not due to an error on our part, shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. In cases where a return is accepted for issues not caused by us, we may offer a partial refund depending on the condition of the item upon arrival.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, missing items, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened detergent, cleaning products, or chemicals.
  • Used products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error made by The Oh Wow Shop.

Local Delivery & Store Pickup

For store pickup, please inspect your items before leaving. Once you have taken possession of the order, returns are subject to this policy.
